Peel off the g.s, put the fruit pulp into a basin and mash it properly. Boil one gallon of water and dissolve the sugar in it. Strain the g.s into a sterilized brewing bin then add the syrup over the juice. Add the wine yeast and the yeast nutrient, stir and leave for 7-10 days.

Close with airlock stopper. Allow to ferment for 3 weeks in a sanitized 5-gallon container. After 1 additional week, bottle.
