Ingredients of Aloo methi veg recipe:
- 250 gram Chopped methi
- 100 gram Chopped potatoes
- 1-2 chopped chilli
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 dry mango powder
- 3 tsp cooking oil
- to taste Salt
Method for "Aloo methi veg recipe":
- Heat oil in a kadai.add the cumin seeds and potatoes.saute the potatoes for some minutes till the stary looking crisp and are lightly browned from the edges.
- Add the choppchopped green chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder. Mix gently and cook on a medium flames for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Now add the methi levels stir very well.
- Add salt, garam masala powder. give a nice stir and let the methi levels cook on a medium flames for 6-7 minutes. Will stirring occasionally.
